My dad ordered me these books after we met the author at a science fair. I really enjoyed the rhyming stories about a little girl called scout and her adventures to help the planet. The first book I read was about the bees going missing and Scout managed to find them and get them to come back home by planting more wildflowers.
The second book I read was about there being a lot of rubbish on the beach which is dangerous to the animals who live there.I really like Scout and her pet dart frog. I think I am a bit like her although I have a pet duckling instead. Last year I started a petition at my old school to grow some wild flowers, all my friends signed it and I even got some of my teachers to sign it. We all really want to help the bees.
You should definitely read these books and then give them to your friends to read as well and then tell them to tell more people!
I hope that there are more books about Scout. I would really like one about the forests being cut down or maybe about whales.
